ft_irc

Introduction

ft_irc is a project from school 42 where you are being told to build your own irc server while following the irc rfc (rfc are documents describing aspect and specification of internet like how to threat an irc request in our case)

Since people tends to go to the webserv project (easier ? and more ressources) this blog aims to be some sort of guide and tribute to the ft_irc project.

Hope this site will be useful to you, and that the annoying problems we encounter wont be to much of a pain to you.

If you are just starting the project, we strongly recommend to read those few lines, then if you wish to do so, the post section.
if you are already far beyond that, go check docs section first.



ps: we did the old subject wich was MUCH longer and complicated, the post section hasnt changed but the docs section may help you
